Lavey’s multi-purpose entertainment hall is available for a wide range of functions and events. Examples include dancing,birthdays,conferences, dinners and lunches. With its very own public bar, entertainment’s licence and spacious flood-lit car parking facilities, Lavey is the ideal venue for any event.
The Lavey/Termoneeny Centre can also facilitate catering with its very own kitchen facility available for self-catering events. Alternatively, Lavey can provide catering and/or buffet facilities on request.
Disabled access, car parking and toilet facilities are all available up to ther highest standard.

The Lavey/Termoneeny Centre is situated within 10 minute of the town of Magherafelt on the Gulladuff to Knockloughrim road. The Centre is situated 1.5 miles from the main Glenshane Road which links Belfast and Derry. Lavey is approximately 40 minutes from either Belfast or Derry making it an ideally accessible location.
